Hamad Yousef Al Essa
He graduated from Cairo University, Law School in 1956, He filled various position then he President of the Civil Service Commission in 1960 AD. He resigned and established his own Law Office and he devoted his time to law. Chaired the Kuwaiti Lawyers Society from 1984-1988. On December 2nd, 2005.
The late Hamad Yousef Al Essa laid the foundations for the office through his long experience in law which he acquired by practicing different works, He passed away on December 2, 2005 leaving clear fingerprints of his honourable works for his country, the State of Kuwait.
The late Hamad Al-Shaikh Yousif Bin Eissa graduated from Cairo University Law School on May, 1956.
Worked as Deputy Director of Kuwait Courts, and worked as Director of the Court.

He was the founder of the “Al-Risala” magazine in 1961.
He has several political and legal publications including “Kuwait and the Future”.
Started to collect all Kuwaiti Laws by the order of publication and alphabetically in five volumes, including bilateral, collective Arab and International agreements, under the name of “Kuwaiti Legislation Collection Hamad Yousif Al-Eissa”
Member of The Board Director of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuwait until 1983.
Nominated by His Highness the Amir of Kuwait to be a member of The Board Director of Kuwait Foundation of The Advancement of Science, and chaired The Board of Director since its inception in December 12th, 1967, and worked as a member of The Board of Director until December 2nd, 2005.
Chaired the Committee that in charge in reviewing the new commerce law draft, which was approved by the committee.
headed the Kuwaiti Association of Lawyers during the period extending from 1984 until 1988.
Chaired the Arab Lawyers Union Conference in Kuwait on April 18th, 1987.
Member of the Friendship for the Kuwaiti-Japanese Businessmen’s Committee since 1995-2005.
Mr. Hamad Yousif Al-Eissa died on December 2nd, 2005.
